Reiki is a spiritual healing derived from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice and can work effectively whatever your beliefs. It is a natural and effective form of energy work using and enhancing the life energy that flows through all living things.
Debbie is a Reiki Master Practitioner based in Chichester and has learnt to use the Universal Life Force to connect with her own healing energy and those of others. It is used to help create a strong positive free flowing energy and this allows people to clear weaknesses and blockages in their body that could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. Reiki is a very relaxing and calming treatment, however it can produce remarkable results from releasing pain, to removing the blockages that are keeping you stuck in past events and emotions.
Individual Reiki sessions cost £40 for an hour
Debbie is a Reiki Master and teaches Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki at levels 1,2 and 3. Many people undertake Level 1 as part their own self-development and to bring harmony and healing into their homes and the lives of those around them. You may find this sufficiently fulfilling and feel no need to progress to higher levels, or you may be naturally drawn to progress to Reiki 2 quite quickly. Reiki is a wonderful journey and it is worth taking time to travel at a pace that suits you.
